Offices and logistics, Albino, 2022 - under construction

Located on the outskirts of Albino, Bergamo, the new headquarters of Royaltex will redefine a long-neglected industrial site, transforming it into a contemporary hub for production, logistics, and office spaces.

The project is structured around a masterplan divided into five distinct lots, each accommodating different functions while maintaining a cohesive architectural language.

Phase one, set for completion by the end of 2025, establishes the framework for future expansion while creating a territorial landmark that reconnects the site with its context.
